Weight Loss Journey

I started my weight loss journey on January 6th of 2015. I take a bootcamp type class 3 to 4 days a week. We do HIIT (high intensity interval training), body weight exercises, weights, conditioning and so many things that really put us through our paces.  I love it and it more times then not kicks my butt! In the last year here are my results of losing 30 lbs.

I am 5'9" and have gone from 180 to 150lbs. I have gotten as low as 144lbs, but then Christmas happened and I decided to enjoy my favorite foods during that time. Now Im trying to get back on track. The after pics were just taken last week and the before pics were taken on January 30th 2015. The workouts helped me tone up and get those killer arms :) 

It was the cutting out sugar and eating properly that really got the weight off. Just one without the other isn't very beneficial. You need to do both the get really great results.

I am very please with my progress and I still have a little more I want to accomplish. I think 2016 is gong to be a great year in my continuing journey to better health.  Ill be sure to keep you updated on my progress.
